In addition to being a grow farm we offer a Ashram experience to individuals that want to deepen their meditation practice in a ashram setting. A ashram setting just means people LIVING the TEACHING! Of course people travel to this beautiful Island to vacation. The ashram experience gives you a chance to glimpse what it is like to LIVE here, heal here, and serve here. Sat Inder comes to Yellow Byrd directly from living abroad in India. Teaches Ashtanga Yoga. He brings with him Vedic stories and knowledge and keeps us connected to the divine principles of sacred living.
